Redskins Head Coach Hunt Plus Some Other Exciting Updates
These three men have become the three pillars of the Redskins coaching search. Steve “Mooch” Mariucci, Ron Meeks (the minority interview) and Jim Fassel. Each of these men have had some success in the Super Bowl, 3 of them as assistants and one as a coach.
It is exicting but also very painful as the Redskins have fired Greg Williams as he was the suspected heir of the franchise. Saunders was also canned in a bizzare turn of events unbeknown and shocking to everyone who follows the redskins. The surprise came yesterday and is suspected that Williams does not jive with new executive vice president Vinny Cerato who was promoted as such after Gibbs left.
The next few weeks shall be interesting as I, would like to see who would be named as the next coach as many other candidates come and go through the Redskins organization in the next weeks/months.
