First Week of the Giro is Over

Monday, May 19th, 2008

Today is a rest day and there has been some exciting moments happening. The team time Trial prologue was won by the American team Slipstream-Chipotle-H30!

The next day, my one of my favorite riders David Zabriskie crashed and abandoned the Giro. The next few days provided to be extremely riviting with Ricco winning two stages and the Italian Road champion sitting pretty in the Maglia Rosa for a couple days now.

Tomorrow is the first of 3 time trials with one of them including a mountain top finish!

Floyd Landis to have Final Day in Court

Wednesday, March 12th, 2008

Floyd Landis the first winner of the tour de france to have his title stripped is going to have his last day court next week. In front of the Court of Sport Arbitration, he’ll plead his case in front of a closed panel to decide on his future. Hopefully it won’t be the circus show that happened last time in Arizona, where strange phone calls were made to Greg Lemond about kid touchers and other bizarre and weird blood work was presented. The French won’t be involved this time.

May your deliberations go well Mr. Landis.
