Can This Man Help Crime in Philadelphia?

New police commissioner Charles Ramsey released a new plan for Philadelphia today. With areas targeted to reduce crime in many violent and turbulent neighborhoods he plans to decrease the murder count by 100 this year and have a 20% reduce in violent crime.
The Spectrum Days are Limited

The Wachovia Spectrum’s days are limited. Recently, there is a push to redevelop the area into an “entertainment complex” whatever that means. It is going to make the kixx, wings, phantoms, and flyers homeless if the area does get redeveloped.
